About InkRoute

InkRoute is the business name and brand used to provide subscription software for print and custom-apparel businesses. References to “InkRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the InkRoute service identified through the applicable checkout, receipt, or support communication.

Service

InkRoute provides tools for managing customers, quotes, artwork approvals, production jobs, files, due dates, and related shop workflow information. InkRoute is not accounting, payroll, legal, tax, or professional production advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping account information accurate, and ensuring that anyone using your workspace is authorized to do so. You are also responsible for the legality and accuracy of information and files uploaded to your workspace.

Subscriptions and billing

InkRoute may offer a free trial as shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to the paid subscription price and billing cycle shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle acts as the payment and billing provider for InkRoute subscriptions and may calculate or collect applicable taxes. Your checkout and receipt will show the applicable billing terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use InkRoute to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to keep InkRoute available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
