Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Access remains available through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

This prototype does not yet process payments. A final refund window and billing policy will be published before paid subscriptions are enabled.

Billing errors

Customers will be able to contact support for duplicate charges or other billing errors once commercial billing launches.
