InkRoute is subscription software for print and custom-apparel businesses. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the service providers we use to operate InkRoute.

Information we process

We process account and organization details, customer records entered by InkRoute users, quotes, production-job information, artwork and file metadata, approval records, subscription information, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and maintain InkRoute, authenticate users, deliver customer approval emails, store uploaded artwork, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

Customer data

InkRoute users control the business and customer information they add to their workspace. Users are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to enter and process that information through InkRoute.

Service providers

InkRoute relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the product, including Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, Vercel Blob for file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle for subscription billing and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Account holders may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
